HEADWAY makes its best efforts to keep the Website running smoothly, preventing errors or, where applicable, repairing them, and keeping the Website content duly up to date. However, HEADWAY does not guarantee availability and continuity in access to the Website or the non-existence of errors in its content, as well as that this content will be appropriately up to date.

In the event of breach of any of the terms set out above, HEADWAY will immediately proceed to revoke the consent granted to the Linking Site, which must delete the link.

Nullity

 

If any of the clauses of the General Conditions for Access and Use is declared null or ineffective, in full or in part, this nullity or ineffectiveness will only affect that provision or the part thereof that is null or ineffective, with the rest remaining valid in all respects and the affected provision or part thereof being disregarded. To that end, the General Conditions for Access and Use will only cease to be valid exclusively with regard to the null or ineffective provision, and no other part or provision thereof will be annulled, invalidated, harmed or affected by this nullity or ineffectiveness, unless it is essential for it to affect the General Conditions for Access and Use in a comprehensive way.

 

Language

 

The General Conditions for Access and Use are written in Spanish and English. In case of discrepancy between these versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.

 

Applicable Legislation

The General Conditions for Access and Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law.
